A few things to know.
Is this only for music producers?
No. Music production is the main example, but the approach is about choosing a goal, practising, asking for feedback and keeping a useful next step. Short examples connect it to writing and language learning too.
Do I need a specific AI model?
The book uses ChatGPT with GPT-6 Astra as its example, where available. Access and connected app actions vary. You can adapt the conversation prompts to another assistant and move approved text into Notion yourself.
Will AI build everything or listen to my tracks?
Not automatically. App changes require an available connection with the right permissions. The main music example uses the learner's own written listening observations; it does not assume that the AI has heard the audio.
Is the Notion workspace included?
The PDF shows how the example is organised. A copyable Notion template and access to Brian's private workspace are not included.
Was the book made with AI?
